SCG Foundation, in collaboration with Foundation for Good Governance on Medicine, organized a drawing and painting competition with the theme \u201cThai Kids Fight COVID\u201d for primary school students. The competition aims at encouraging children becoming conscious of self-care and protection at school amid COVID-19 pandemic and promoting good hygiene practices among children such as wearing a face mask, maintaining physical distancing, hand washing, etc. The competition is split into two categories:
\u2013 Primary 1-3
\u2013 Primary 4-6<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules and Eligibility of \u201cThai Kids Fight COVID\u201d drawing and painting competition
Competition entries must be from primary school children<\/strong>
Category<\/strong>
\u2013 Primary 1-3
\u2013 Primary 4-6<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artwork Format<\/strong>
The required format is the paper size A3 (unframed). Any painting styles, techniques or paint types are allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration Process<\/strong>
The registration is open from 20 July until 30 August 2020. The registration form can be downloaded at  www.scgfoundation.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selection and Judging Process<\/strong>
First<\/strong> round 20 artworks will be selected for the second round by the jury.
Second<\/strong> round  The selected artworks will be made available to the public via SCG Foundation Facebook page from 6 \u2013 18 September 2020. The artwork with most Likes will be awarded the \u201cPeople\u2019s Choice\u201d prize.
Final<\/strong> Round  The artworks will be decided by the jury, and the winners will be announced on 19 September 2020 on www.scgfoundation.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prizes<\/strong>
Category: Primary 1-3 with the prize worth 80,000 Baht<\/strong>
\u2013 A cash prize of 20,000 Baht and a certificate will be given to the grand prize winner, presented by Professor Emeritus Dr. Kasem Wattanachai, Chairman of Foundation for Good Governance on Medicine.
\u2013 A cash prize of 10,000 Baht and a certificate will be given to each of 3 distinguished prize winners.
\u2013 A cash prize of 5,000 Baht and a certificate will be given to each of 4 honorable mention award winners.
\u2013 A cash prize of 5,000 Baht and a certificate will be given to the People\u2019s Choice winner.
\u2013 A cash prize of 5,000 Baht and a certificate will be given to the Doctor\u2019s Choice winner.
\u2013 10 award certificates will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 6 prizes for distinguished prize winners of both categories.
\u2013 8 prizes for honorable mention winners of both categories.
\u2013 4 prizes for the People\u2019s Choice and the Doctor\u2019s Choice winners of both category.
\u2013 20 award certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COVID-19 protection items<\/strong>
1. A total of 40 temperature assessment devices; each of 20 schools will be receive a set of two devices.
2. A set of 100 alcohol-based spray bottles will be given to 20 schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
